With 30 years of senior leadership experience in financial markets, I have seen first-hand that people are rarely taught how to lead, manage or get the best from themselves or others. These are skills that need to be developed. While organisations rightly invest in C-suite development, there is enormous value in extending executive coaching and leadership training throughout the organisation, particularly to those who lead teams and those in sales and trading roles, where the demands and pressures to produce are constant and risk of burnout can be significant.

The most effective contributors are not necessarily those who have all the answers, but those who are able to unlock their own potential and the capability of those around them. Developing greater self-awareness and an understanding of others enables individuals to maximise their own career pathways, avoid self-sabotage and navigate relationships more effectively, reducing conflict and increasing decision making confidence.

For the organisation, this translates into individuals who are better equipped to think independently, take ownership, make informed decisions and bring out the best in those around them. When these capabilities are developed across the organisation, they create greater accountability, reduce bottlenecks and reliance on the senior leadership team, and enable individuals closest to the opportunities and challenges to contribute more effectively. Over time, this strengthens the pipeline of future leaders, fosters a more engaged and positive culture, and creates a multiplier effect, where developing individual competence increases the overall capability and performance of the organisation.

My approach to executive coaching and training brings together 30 years of experience in senior leadership and people development roles including at Tradeweb, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, with evidence-based methodologies and evolving academic research from the fields of psychology, management and leadership.

I have an MSc in Psychology, a BA Joint Honours in Business Studies, French and German, and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. I have been twice recognised by Financial News (Dow Jones) as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in European Finance.
